Henry Fudge
Henry R. Fudge (1996) studied Economics at the University of Bath and started his journey in finance in Fintech in 2017.
He first worked as a Wealth Advisor for a year at deVere & Partners, before founding his first company Cryptonox, which he successfully sold out of.
He continued his journey as a serial entrepreneur, founding companies, working as a CFO and Consultant in various startups and established multi-family offices.
Nicolas Alioth
Nicolas Alioth (1996) started his journey in Fintech in 2018, when he was working with F10 (now known as Tenity). He studied business at the University of Zürich and is finishing his studies in Banking & Finance at the University of Applied Sciences of Zürich.
In the past years he has accumulated knowledge in the crypto/Fintech space by working as a Business Developer, Chief Marketing Officer and Strategic Consultant.
He currently works part time as an M&A analyst at the multi-family office FIO Partners.
Marcel Singenberger
Marcel Singenberger (1979) worked for three years in the Legal & Compliance department of a bank in Zurich, among others in the position of Compliance Officer. His work included performing due diligence on natural and legal persons, transaction monitoring and other compliance tasks at the bank.
He holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen (lic. Iur. HSG) and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Compliance Management from the University of Lucerne.
Patrik Paulus
Patrik M. Paulus (1966) has many years of experience as an entrepreneur and private banker. He successfully completed his studies in business administration specialising in tax and auditing in 1990. At the same time, he was active as an entrepreneur and built up 2 companies in the new federal states in Germany, which he sold in 1994. In the same year, he moved to Switzerland and became managing director of a company owned by a professor at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
In 1997, he joined Credit Suisse Group's Private Banking division and was ultimately responsible for the development and management of the international business with external asset managers (EAM). At the end of 2001, he moved to the LLB Group and became CEO of Liechtensteinische Landesbank (Schweiz) AG, where he was responsible for the national and international development and expansion of LLB (Schweiz) AG for ten years.
In 2008, Patrik M. Paulus first developed the idea of setting up and establishing an international multi-family office in Switzerland. FIO Partners AG was then founded in October 2009. Mr Paulus is a founding shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the same time, he is an active entrepreneurial investor and has extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate finance and transactions (club deals / co-investments), as well as real estate in Switzerland / Germany. Patrik M. Paulus is a Swiss citizen. He speaks fluent German and English.
